ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted.  If this is not received within 5 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

When your item is marked as shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days (within Australia)

SHIPPING

A flat rate of AUD $10 for deliveries within Australia and AUD $20 for international deliveries will be applied at checkout for orders under AUD $100.00.

We ship all orders from Sydney and can ship to almost any address in the world. Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and international orders via DHL Express. We allow for a 2 to 7 business day delivery period once an order is placed.

Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block. If you require a signature upon delivery please email contact@laurakeogh.com

International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to change this, please contact DHL directly (please note that we will not take responsibility for lost parcels).

Please note that we cannot ship or process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@laurakeogh.com and we will investigate this for you.  Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER

If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email contact@laurakeogh.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@laurakeogh.com to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.

We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.

Laura Keogh does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.
